Shipping policy

We typically ship out orders every weekday (M-F), in exception to the post office being closed on major holidays. With that said, please allow up to 3-5 business days to ship your order. If your order is placed on a ship day, your order will most likely be shipped the next business day. 

In times where there is a high volume of orders (such as new item drop days and big sale events), we ask customers to allow an extra few days for their orders to get out as we are a small team and doing our best.

Your order may be subject to import taxes, duties, and/or VAT (Value Added Tax) when it reaches the destination country. All fees imposed are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for these charges. Due to the complexity of international laws and taxes, these taxes are not included in the international shipping fee.

In addition to this, we CANNOT and WILL NOT provide invoices that are not accurate to your order. It is illegal, and as a business, we cannot subject ourselves to the consequences that may arise from it.

If an order is refused or undelivered due to an incorrect/incomplete address, you are responsible for the original shipping expenses, reshipment expenses, as well as any additional duties, fees, customs, or taxes incurred in shipping. Orders will NOT be refunded due to unwanted additional fees. Please be sure to check with your local shipping courier office for fees information before placing an order.
