We strive to process and ship your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding major U.S. postal holidays.

Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing prior to shipment.

Orders placed on a scheduled shipping day will generally ship the following business day.

During high-volume periods (such as new product launches, promotions, or sale events), processing times may be slightly extended. As a small team, we appreciate your patience and support during these busy times.

International Shipping & Customs

International shipments may be subject to import duties, customs fees, taxes, and/or VAT (Value Added Tax) imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

NailzByDev does not collect or control these charges, as they are determined by your country’s customs authority.

Customers are responsible for understanding and complying with their country’s import regulations prior to placing an order.

We cannot modify invoices, alter declared values, or mark packages inaccurately.
Providing false customs information is illegal, and as a business we strictly comply with international shipping regulations.

Refused, Abandoned, or Undeliverable Shipments

If a shipment is:

Refused by the recipient

Held or rejected due to unpaid customs duties or taxes

Undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address

the customer will remain responsible for:

The original shipping cost

Any carrier return fees

Any additional customs duties, taxes, or handling charges

If a refused shipment is returned to us, the customer may be eligible for a refund of the product cost only, minus all shipping, return, carrier, and customs-related charges.

If the carrier abandons or destroys the shipment due to refusal or unpaid duties, the order will not be eligible for a refund.

We strongly recommend contacting your local customs office or postal service to understand potential import fees before placing an international order.
