Returns, Exchanges & Customer Support Policy
At NAILZ BY DEV, we strive to provide high-quality professional nail products. Please review the policy below regarding returns, exchanges, and customer support.

If you are looking for an MSDS/SDS sheet, please first check the product page under the product description. If the document is not listed there, please email us and we will gladly assist you.
Return & Exchange Requests
Customers must request any return or exchange within 7 days of receiving their order.
To request assistance, please email contact@nailzbydev.com and include:
Order number
Name used on the order
Description of the issue
Photo(s) of the item if applicable
Returns or exchanges approved by our team will be processed minus original shipping costs, as shipping services are separate from the product purchase.
Requests submitted after 7 days from delivery may not be eligible for return or exchange.
Non-Returnable Products
Due to hygiene and sanitation standards within the nail and beauty industry, certain items cannot be returned once opened or used.
The following products are non-refundable and non-returnable once opened:
Gel polish products
Liner gels
Rubber base gels
Top coats and base coats
Sculpting gels and specialty gels
Pigments, powders, and nail art materials
These products are considered professional cosmetic products and cannot be accepted for return after opening for hygiene reasons.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include photos so our team can review the issue quickly.
Depending on the situation, we may offer:
A replacement item
Store credit
A partial refund
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled shortly after being placed, before processing begins.
Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Shipping Address Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct.
NAILZ BY DEV is not responsible for:
Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer
Carrier delays once the package has been handed to the shipping provider
Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier

International Orders & Customs
NAILZ BY DEV ships internationally.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or additional fees required by their country.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are determined by your local customs authority.
NAILZ BY DEV is not responsible for customs delays, import fees, or packages refused due to unpaid duties or taxes.
