Returns, Exchanges & Customer Support
For questions about orders, products, or SDS/MSDS sheets, please contact us at contact@nailzbydev.com. SDS/MSDS sheets may also be available on individual product pages.
Returns & Exchanges
Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Eligible items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
To request assistance, email your order number, name, issue details, and photos if applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
Opened or used cosmetic/nail products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. This includes gel polish, liner gels, rubber base, top and base coats, specialty gels, pigments, powders, and nail art materials.
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item(s), packing slip, and packaging if available. Depending on the issue, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before processing begins. Orders that have been packed or shipped cannot be canceled.
Shipping & Delivery
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. NailzByDev is not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer, carrier delays, or packages marked delivered by the carrier.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for all customs duties, VAT, import taxes, and carrier fees required by their country. These charges are not included in product or shipping prices.
