Returns
We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, items must:

Be in the same condition as when received

Be unused and unopened

Be returned in the original packaging

Include proof of purchase or order confirmation
Please note: Gel products are not eligible for return.

If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
If a return shipping label is provided, the cost of the return label will be deducted from the refund amount.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damages & Order Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and work toward a resolution.
Requests submitted significantly after delivery may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including but not limited to:

Custom press-on nail sets

Pre-made press-on nail sets

Personal care or cosmetic products

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Electronics, unless submitted under a valid warranty claim
Warranty claims do not cover damage caused by improper use, mishandling, or failure to follow product instructions.
We also do not accept returns or refunds for items purchased during sales events or special promotions, including:

“Special Deal” purchases made during TikTok Live events

Discounted promotional items

Custom press-on nail orders
Exchanges
If you need a different item, we recommend returning the eligible item and placing a new order for the replacement.
Once your return is received and approved, you may proceed with a new purchase.
Please note: Electronics are not eligible for exchanges.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional time to process and post refunds after they are issued.
Shipping charges, return label costs, and any applicable processing fees may be deducted from the refund amount where applicable.
